ประเทศไทยมีการใช้งานรถจักรยานยนต์มากที่สุดในโลก การออกรถที่ง่ายเป็นโอกาสที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหาอื่น ๆ ตามมา เกิดอาชญากรรมรูปแบบใหม่ขึ้นคือการรับซื้อ ขาย หรือจำนำรถจักรยานยนต์ที่ยังอยู่ในระหว่างสัญญาเช่าซื้อ ส่งผลกระทบต่อระบบการเงินและเศรษฐกิจในวงกว้าง การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่การเกิดอาชญากรรม ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายรถจักรยานยนต์ที่อยู่ในระหว่างสัญญาเช่าซื้อในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการป้องกัน และการแก้ไขปัญหาอาชญากรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายรถจักรยานยนต์ที่อยู่ในระหว่างสัญญาเช่าซื้อ โดยเป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาชญากรรมในลักษณะดังกล่าว ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในการเก็บข้อมูลจาก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 12 คน ประกอบด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่เป็นหัวหน้าทีมสอบสวน พนักงานสอบสวน เจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันการเงินระดับปฏิบัติงาน และพนักงานขายรถจักรยานยนต์ ถอดเทปข้อมูลไฟล์เสียงจากการสัมภาษณ์แล้ว นำมาสรุปเป็นประเด็น ที่สอดคล้องกับคำถามวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบของอาชญากรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายรถจักรยานยนต์ที่อยู่ในระหว่าง สัญญาเช่าซื้อมี 2 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ การขายรถที่อยู่ในระหว่างสัญญาเช่าซื้อโดยผู้เช่าซื้อ และการขายรถที่อยู่ในระหว่างสัญญาเช่าซื้อโดยเป็นผู้รับจ้างออกรถ สำหรับปัจจัยนำไปสู่การกระทำผิด ได้แก่ การประสบปัญหาหนี้ครัวเรือน การขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ ในเรื่องกฎหมาย การขาดความรู้เรื่องการวางแผนทางการเงิน ความยากในการพิสูจน์เจตนาของผู้กระทำความผิด และการขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญคือสถาบันการเงินควรมีการตรวจสอบที่จริงจังและเข้มงวด กำหนดมาตรการในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลของผู้ที่เข้ามาขอสินเชื่อโดยมีเงื่อนไขที่รัดกุม 

     Thailand has the highest motorcycle usage rate in the world, and the ease of obtaining one has resulted in additional issues. The financial system and the economy as a whole are being impacted by a novel form of criminal activity: the purchase, sale, or pawning of motorcycles that are still under lease. The purpose of this investigation is to investigate the pattern of factors that contribute to the commission of crimes involving motorcycles under contract in the Bangkok region. Additionally, it will suggest guidelines for the prevention and resolution of crimes involving motorcycles that are currently under a hire purchase contract through an in-depth interview. Content analysis of research related to crimes of the nature. The police officer who supervised the investigation team, investigators, operational-level financial institution officials, and 12 motorcycle salespeople were the primary informants. The audio files from the interviews were transcribed and summarized into themes that were consistent with the research questions. The research findings indicate that there are two distinct types of crimes associated with the sale of motorcycles that are subject to a hire-purchase contract: the sale of a vehicle under a hire-purchase contract by the hirer-purchase and the sale of a vehicle under a hire-purchase contract by the hire-purchaser. The act is caused by a variety of factors, including difficulties with household debt, a lack of knowledge and understanding of the law, a lack of understanding of financial planning, challenges in enforcing the law and proving the intent of the perpetrator, a lack of good public relations that affects the circulation of money in the country, an increase in the number of bad debts, and the perpetrators being involved in lawsuits. The knowledge acquired from research studies will assist police officers in more effectively enforcing the law, and important suggestions are financial institutions should have serious and rigorous inspections. Establish measures to verify information of those who apply for loans with strict conditions.
